Jackie Bird is one of the best-known faces in television in Scotland. She presents the BBC’s nightly news programme  Reporting Scotland, and works extensively on radio. She also writes and produces television and radio documentaries.

Jackie is called upon to host some of the most high profile programmes on BBC north of the border including the Hogmanay show and Children in Need.
